Come Frolic With Us This Sunday!
We can’t promise perfect weather, but we can promise you will be greeted with our sincere gratitude and appreciation for your company! For weeks we’ve planned to mulch those Raspberry bushes, but other tasks lure us away; this Sunday will be the day! We’ll also weed around the Black Currant bushes and other crops, continue to thin the Corn, throw down a few tarps and even do a little landscaping to prevent some erosion. As always, there is cardboard which needs tape removed; a good choice for those who don’t feel comfortable with field work. And of course we’ll gather afterwards in the barn at 5:30 for a terrific farm-sourced dinner based on cornbread and salad with whatever else the creative kitchen crew conjures for us!
Hey Folks, do you still need a few Tomato plants to round out your own plot?
We invite you to come anytime between 2:30 and 5:30 on Sunday to pick out a few (or a lot) of the orphan starts we didn’t have room for. They will be waiting for you in the driveway near the kitchen; please collect them and give them a good home!
Our Sunday schedule works best if folks arrive promptly at 2:30pm so that we can get a head count for dinner and register any dietary requirements. We also ask that electronic devices stay in your vehicle so that you can focus mindfully on your Farm experience. We’re quite sure you will find that that decision enhances your afternoon and frees you to more fully appreciate your fellow humans 😊.

Keeseville Elementary School FSA FUNdraiser
If you like to play Corn Hole and want to support a wonderful cause in the process, join the Keeseville Elementary Family School Association for their first ever Corn Hole for Crayons Tournament!
All proceeds from the tournament will go towards the amazing gift that the FSA gives each September, providing all school supplies for every student at Keeseville Elementary. Don’t play Cornhole? That’s OK, there will also be an auction and basket raffles with LOTS of generous donations from local businesses and crafters! The Dogfather Food and Ice Cream truck will also be there to satisfy culinary requirements, and there will be a school supplies collection as well. The FUN starts at 10am Sunday June 7 at the Keeseville VFW, 1309 US Route 9. Help the FSA put the FUN in Fundraising!

Dear friends, you know we treasure all of your encouragement and support. It animates our mission of giving ALL the food this farm produces as gifts to anyone who is hungry for any reason. We hope you can feel our appreciation from a distance through these words and pics…. if or whenever you have a chance to visit in person, please come! We’d love to welcome you with smiles, hugs (if that’s your style) and whatever you or your loved ones may need from our gardens.
With Love and Gratitude,
Allison
